All statues, temples, and handicraft items sold on [website URL] are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. As a result, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, weight, and size between the product image and the item you receive are natural characteristics of handmade work and are expressly not considered manufacturing defects, and are not grounds for any remedy under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Many of our products are made from natural stone, marble, wood, or metal. These materials carry inherent characteristics — grain lines, mineral veining, subtle porosity, or small natural inclusions — that are part of their authenticity and are not flaws. Weight can also vary piece to piece even within the same design, due to natural density variation in the raw material.
We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display settings, screen calibration, and lighting conditions during photography. Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary marginally due to the handmade nature of each piece.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced only after your order is confirmed, and take materially longer than our standard 15-day minimum processing time — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for indicative ranges. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
We ship worldwide, but it is your responsibility, as the buyer, to confirm that the product you are ordering may be lawfully imported into your country, and to pay any customs duty, import tax, or clearance fee charged on arrival. See our International Shipping, Customs & Export Compliance Policy for full detail. We accept no responsibility for shipments delayed, refused, or seized by foreign customs authorities.
Statues and temple pieces sold on the Site are offered as decorative and devotional art objects reflecting traditional Rajasthani craftsmanship, and are contemporary handmade works, not antiques or archaeological artefacts. We handle such items with care and respect; customers are requested to do the same during use, storage, and, where applicable, ritual disposal, in accordance with their own customs and beliefs.
Unless a specific care sheet is provided with your order, we recommend: keeping stone and marble pieces away from harsh chemical cleaners; dusting with a soft, dry cloth; avoiding prolonged direct exposure to rain or extreme temperature swings for pieces intended for indoor display; and having heavy or wall-mounted pieces installed by a qualified professional. We are not responsible for damage arising from improper care, cleaning, or installation after delivery, and such damage does not fall within the manufacturing-defect exception in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
